what to expect next?

  • Before booking coaching sessions with me, take a moment to reflect on these questions:

    • What would you like to bring to coaching?

      This could be a specific goal, like a career change or a health improvement. Or, you might want to focus on how you feel—like reducing anxiety or gaining clarity on what's next. Whatever your reason, it's unique to you.

    • Do you have time to dedicate to our sessions?

      Coaching sessions typically last an hour and take place every three to four weeks. I also recommend setting aside a few minutes before and after our sessions. This can help you settle in and decompress, as some of the biggest learnings happen in between sessions.

  • Once you’ve decided you would like to start coaching with me, we will schedule in a free 30 minute consultation via zoom.

    In this call we’ll get to know each other, discuss more about coaching, answer any questions you may have and see if this is the right approach for you.
