book a free intro call
In 25 minutes on Zoom we’ll talk about what you want to change, at work, in your personal life or both, and how coaching could help you get there. You can ask me anything about how I work, and there’s nothing to prepare or commit to.
By the end you’ll feel clear on what’s next, whatever you decide.

Questions you might have
How is coaching different from therapy?
Coaching is forward moving and practical. We look at where you are now, where you want to get to, and what’s getting in the way. Therapy is the right place for healing and for clinical support. I hold Level 3 in counselling skills alongside my coaching training, so I’m comfortable holding space for the personal and emotional side of things too, but I’m not a therapist, and if anything comes up that needs more support than coaching can offer, I’ll always say so and point you toward the right kind of help.
What does ICF accredited mean?
It means my training and practice have been assessed by the International Coaching Federation, the largest professional body for coaches. I hold the ICF Associate Certified Coach credential, I’m a member of the UK chapter, and I work to the ICF Code of Ethics, which covers confidentiality and professional standards.
How many sessions will I need?
I recommend a minimum of nine sessions. That gives enough time to move from awareness into real, practical change you can keep using. Some clients stay longer, and we’ll work out what’s right for you on the intro call.
How much does coaching cost?
Sessions are £125 each. If you book a course of sessions, payment plans are available, split across three instalments: one to begin, one at the midpoint and one on completion. The intro call is free.
How do sessions work?
Sessions are 55 minutes on Zoom, usually fortnightly. You can reserve a regular slot or book a course of sessions, and you decide what we focus on each time.
Do you only work with women in digital and tech?
No. Many of my clients lead in digital, tech and ecommerce because that’s my own background, but I work with women in all kinds of roles who want their success to feel as good on the inside as it looks on paper.
