My mission is to help women build success that doesn't cost them who they are.
My coaching business was born out of my own journey building businesses and divisions within companies, and now building my own.
I understand the specific weight that comes with leading and building in fast paced industries like digital, tech, and ecommerce, balancing aggressive growth targets, constant transformation, and the always on demands of the work, all while trying to maintain some semblance of balance.

I'm passionate about supporting women through change and growth, and I live that through these core focuses:

Credentials and Approach
I hold an ICF ACC credential, Level 3 in counselling skills, and I'm a member of the Association for Business Psychology, alongside over 15 years of senior leadership experience.
I bring these together, coaching, counselling skills, and an applied understanding of human psychology and neuroscience, to work with the whole you.
We all show different sides of ourselves at work, at home, in different rooms, our brains are wired to adapt depending on who we're with and what's expected of us in that moment. What matters is that none of those parts come at the cost of another, and that's what my coaching is built around.
You don't have to pick a version of yourself here, work, home, the parts you don't always show, it all has a place. My background in counselling skills means I can hold stronger emotions if they come up, and help you see the patterns driving them, without this becoming therapy.
